The picture below shows a course of use for VEHICLE CLOUD, but there are several uses, such as a reminder for the end time of leasing or a booked visit. (There are several DMS that can send out reminders for booked visits but only once / work order. But VEHICLE CLOUD can send out several reminders at different times without restrictions.)
VEHICLE CLOUD is easy to use and very fast: setting up a new vehicle with both sms and email reminders takes 1 minute. The system has a Bilvision connection, it is possible to create email / sms and service interval templates for faster use.
Customers can book an appointment online in the workshop or do an online photo inspection in the repair shop directly from sms / email reminders in the mobile or on the website, an sms confirmation is sent to the customer after booking. There is also a possibility to quickly change bookable days and time as well as services directly from the settings menu. Booking page can be easily implanted on the companies’ website.
